When an Item and its Attachments Go Dead
I'm a new Zotero user who learned via the "Zotero for Genealogy" exercises.
All is going swimmingly, except that inexplicably, one item that I added as well as its single linked attachment are dead--when I right or left click on them, nothing happens--no dropdown menu appears, no linked document opens. I can't even delete the item.
Has anyone experienced this? Thank you!
I have not seen that, Margaret. What operating system do you use, and what type of item and attachment? Were you linking to an external attachment, or is it embedded? I will probably need to get with the techie's on the big forum.
