Unable to open new sheet

I'm relatively inexperienced at using 90-60, but after a several month absence, I am unable to open a new sheet. Release 22.2.02.

90-60 Census > Manage Sheets > Add a Census Sheet > TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'getMaxRows')

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I can't figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
