Full transcriptions or images what do you keep? I have been doing a lot of thinking about this question. I use Zotero to store my research. Recently I have started to add the 2000 plus newspaper articles I have. Most of these are now available on-line. Many are just a few lines. I keep asking myself, Do I really need to keep all these images or not? The images take up more space than a full transcription. In Zotero I can add a note with the transcription, and have it sync to all my devices that have Zotero plus I can log in to my Zotero account from any computer and all the information is there. Even though storage space is cheap these days, does that really mean I need to keep all of these images?
